NIMAK equips the new Daimler plant in Hungary with most modern high-performance resistance welding machines - order volume into the millions

Punctual to this year's Easter festival NIMAK's business division "automation" in Nisterberg received the biggest order up to now.
The new Daimler location in Kecskemet near Budapest in Hungary, where the models of A and B classes will be built in the future, determined NIMAK as supplier for 3 extravagant multi spot plants.
With a nominal rating of 2000 kVA and an electrode force of 100kN the projection welding machines integrated in these plants belong to the most powerful resistance welding machines ever built.
At the turn of the year the plants will be started up at site in Hungary by NIMAK specialists.
Following this they are integrated in production in order to produce components for the new Daimler cars in classic resistance welding procedure around the clock.

From 2.- 5.06.2011 NIMAK takes part in the expert fair "Beijjing Essen Welding & Cutting" in Shanghai already for the sixth time.
Not only for the big German automobile manufacturers but also for NIMAK China meanwhile rised to the exporting country No. 1.
Fortunately, NIMAK recognized this trend early and laid the foundation for a successful Asia engagement already in 2007 with the establishment of NIMAK Beijing LTD.
At this location NIMAK manufactures manual transformer guns for the Asian market along the lines of the German models.
In order to expand and strengthen the local position Mr. Alexander Nickel and Mr. Kay Nagel join the management from 01.06 for continuation of the previous success story of Asia engagement together with the Chinese general manager Mr. Kwan Lok.
